Multi-Community Care & Homes, Inc. (MCCH) is a non-profit corporation whose primary purpose is to provide community residential services (CRS), In-Home Family Support Services and Respite Services to adults and children with disabilities. The agency originated in 1979.

Services are designed for each individual to enhance their independence, involvement and feelings of self-worth. The services of MCCH ensure the dignity of the person and enable individuals to live and function in a manner consistent with their personal goals. The services provided include provisions for basic care needs, active treatment, community integration and maximum family participation in an environment that is safe, normalized and comfortable.
